New mothers are always busy with baby food and sleep. You will see that some children spend most of their time sleeping. Again, there are some hundreds of attempts to put them to sleep.

The mother is always behind the baby, putting him to sleep. Some children sleep during the day and stay awake at night. Almost every parent is concerned about their baby’s sleep.

But what do you know? Baby sleep varies with age. How much sleep does a child of any age need each day? Experts say,
Adequate sleep is essential for the baby’s well-being. Recently an expert panel from the U.S. Academy of Sleep Medicine gave children the necessary sleep guidelines. It says-
A 4 to 12-month-old baby will get 12 to 16 hours of sleep every night. An average child of one to two years needs 11 to 14 hours. If the child is 3 to 5 years old, then he should get 10 to 13 hours of sleep. And 9 to 12 hours for a child of 8 to 12 years. Enough sleep.

Adequate sleep increases concentration and interest, experts say. Good sleep improves behavior, learning ability and health. Children need to focus on eating healthy food and light exercise as they sleep.

However, the baby should not be pressured or bullied to sleep. If you can keep him a little active, he will fall asleep on time. That’s why you don’t need to exercise too much.
